Privacy Policy
Covers Flux Runner, Ember Forge and Hyper Olympic Clicker, wherever they are played — Facebook Instant Games, CrazyGames, or Hendricks Arcade. Last updated 2 August 2026.
These are small browser games made by one person. They do not have user accounts, and they do not build a profile of you.
What is stored
Only your progress in the game:
- Best score and best distance
- In-game currency and which items or skins you have unlocked
- Which stage or event you have reached, and similar game state
- A display name, in Hyper Olympic Clicker only, and only if you type one in
That is the entire list. There is no email address, no contact list, no location, no device fingerprint, and no advertising profile built by us.
Where it is stored
- In your browser, using
localStorage. This never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear site data. - On Facebook Instant Games, the same progress is also saved through Facebook's player data API so it follows you between devices. Facebook stores it; we read and write it.
- On CrazyGames, the equivalent CrazyGames data module is used for the same purpose.
What we do not receive
The Facebook versions run under Meta's Zero Permissions model. The game is never given your name, your profile photo, your friend list, or your email address — those APIs were removed from the platform and the games do not call them. The only identifier involved is an opaque player ID that Facebook scopes to this game alone; it cannot be used to identify you elsewhere, and it is used solely to load the right saved game.
Multiplayer
Hyper Olympic Clicker has an optional live leaderboard called World Race. If it connects, it sends only the display name you typed, your current score rate, and your medal count, so the board can be drawn. Nothing else is transmitted, nothing is retained after you disconnect, and the game plays normally offline if the connection fails.
Flux Runner and Ember Forge do not connect to any server.
Advertising
Where the platform provides them, the games may show occasional ads between runs, and optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for a reward. These are served by the platform — Meta Audience Network on Facebook, CrazyGames on CrazyGames — and are governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from them; we are told only whether an ad finished playing, so the reward can be granted.
The Hendricks Arcade version shows no ads and loads no third-party scripts at all.
Analytics
None. There is no analytics SDK, no tracking pixel, and no third-party script in the games beyond the host platform's own required SDK.
Children
These games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
Deleting your data
See Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
