  1. Choose a table size from 2 to 15 players. The waiting room shows how many more players are needed. Everyone joins, draws a number and readies up before the host starts.
  2. Reach into the bag and withdraw one private number. It belongs to you for this game; nobody else can draw it.
  3. Pocket your own ball and you win immediately — even on the opening shot. You can aim directly at any ball. There is no lowest-number-first requirement.
  4. Pocket another player's ball and that player is out. They can watch the rest of the game. Eliminated players' turns are skipped. The last player remaining also wins.
  5. A legal pot keeps your turn; a miss passes play. Unassigned balls can be pocketed but do not eliminate anyone.
  6. A scratch, no ball contact, or no pot/cushion after contact is a foul. A foul cannot win or eliminate players: affected active players' balls are re-spotted, and the next player has ball in hand.
  7. Online turns last 45 seconds. A disconnected player keeps their seat and can reconnect; the clock keeps running. Every new game starts with a fresh bag draw.

These are your table's elimination rules. Numbers remain private while players are still in the game.
