Terms of Service

Covers Flux Runner, Ember Forge and Hyper Olympic Clicker, wherever they are played — Facebook Instant Games, CrazyGames, or Hendricks Arcade. Last updated 1 September 2026.

These are small browser games made by one person, Zubeid Hendricks. They are free to play and there is no account to create. On Hendricks Arcade there is one optional cosmetic purchase; everywhere else there is nothing to buy. By playing them you agree to what follows.

The platform's terms apply too

You reach these games through a host platform — Facebook or Messenger, CrazyGames, or the Hendricks Arcade site. That platform's own terms and privacy policy govern your use of the platform itself, including your account there, the ads it serves, and any data it holds. These terms cover only the games.

What you may do

Play them, as much as you like, on any device you own. That is the whole of the licence: personal, non-commercial play through an official host platform.

What you may not do

Your progress

Saved progress — best score, currency, unlocked items, how far you have got — is stored as described in the Privacy Policy. It has no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be bought or sold. It may be lost if you clear site data, remove the game from your account, or play on a different device or platform, and it may be reset if a game's balance or save format changes.

Purchases

On Hendricks Arcade only, Flux Runner offers one optional purchase: the Chrome Pack, three runner skins. It is cosmetic — it confers no speed, lives, currency or advantage of any kind, and every part of every game remains playable without it. There is no purchase of any kind in the Facebook or CrazyGames versions.

Payment is taken by Stripe or PayFast, whichever you choose. Card details are entered on their systems and are never seen or stored by us. The purchase is a one-off, not a subscription: nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.

Buying issues you a licence key, which is how the unlock is restored on another device or after clearing site data. Keep it. The key and the unlock are personal to you, have no monetary value, and cannot be sold or transferred.

When and how purchases are refunded is set out in the Refund Policy.

Advertising

Where a platform provides them, the games may show ads between runs and optional ads you choose to watch for a reward. Those ads are served and controlled by the platform, not by us. If an ad fails to play, no reward is granted — that is intended behaviour, not a fault.

Availability

The games are provided as they are, with no promise that they will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. They may be changed, updated, rebalanced, or withdrawn at any time, and a host platform may remove them independently of anything we do.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country that cannot be limited by agreement.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Subject to the note above, the games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, lost scores, or lost time. Because the games are supplied free of charge, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid to play them, which is nothing.

Ownership

The games, their code, artwork, music and names belong to Zubeid Hendricks. Facebook, Messenger, Meta, CrazyGames and other platform names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms.

Children

These games are not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play.

Ending access

You can stop playing at any time; see the Data Deletion Instructions to remove your progress. We may withdraw access to anyone who breaks the rules above.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to play after that is how you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting any consumer rights you hold where you live.
